New Mixamate Screed Pumping Truck in action in London

Posted on

The new version of the Mixamate All-in-One Screed Pumping Truck took to the road in London recently, providing some impressive photographs from both inside and outside the job.

Capable of carrying up to 15m3 (30 tons) of dry-screed, our new rigid 5 axle unit provides the delivery, mixing, and pumping of screed from a single vehicle, removing the need to hire a separate screed pump and producing an output of 8 tons of screed per hour.

The new machine has an operating weight of 44 tons and can pump materials into premises from up to 80m away. This extends to horizontal as well as vertical pumping without the need for an onboard boom, by running the rubber hose up the side of buildings by way of secure scaffolding or even via an internal stairwell.

The unit is totally self-sufficient and brings all ingredients including water to the site. There are currently only three of these machines on the road in the UK today, all of which are owned and operated by Mixamate.
